For people who want to learn the technique of boxing and improve their boxing skills. You will cover Shadow Boxing, Footwork Routines, Bag Work, Pad Work, Partner Drills and Body Sparring. These classes concentrate on the technique of boxing and the fitness and skills necessary to box.
For those looking to reduce body fat and for total body toning. Medium to high intensity these classes concentrate on boxing conditioning, core and leg work. You will leave these classes feeling energized!
In2Boxing proudly offers Boxing classes for children wanting to learn to box in a safe, constructed and progressive way. A fun workout focusing on technique, discipline and the love of boxing.
BOXING STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength, Weights, Endurance, Abs Training (S.W.E.A.T). Suitable for all levels of fitness, working within your own limits or pushing your body to the next level. These classes are designed to improve your boxing skills and overall body conditioning.
