Here at In2Boxing we recognise that everybody is unique. That is why we look at your individual needs, working directly with you to achieve your personal goals with a functional purpose!

A variety of training methods are used within all of our Personal Training sessions.  This allows us to modify your program intensity as your body improves and adjusts, safely taking you from where you are to where you want to be.

 Boxing Fitness – For people who want to learn the technique of boxing and improve their boxing skills.

Boxing Burn – For those who love variety in fitness. Medium to high intensity. In this class you get the best workout.

 Boxing Kids – In2Boxing proudly offers Boxing classes for children who want to learn to box in a fun, safe, constructed and progressive way.

 Boxing Strength & Conditioning – Strength, Weights, Endurance, Abs Training (S.W.E.A.T.). Suitable for all levels of fitness, working within your own limits or pushing your body to the next level.

Boxing Training

By committing to a structured boxing training program and training regularly with a professional personal trainer you will learn how to box safely and with the correct technique.

Mondays  &  Thursdays    5:30 pm (arrive 5:15pm)
